James McGhie

James has over 20 years experience in the insurance industry including positions in London and the Middle East. Prior to his employment with Apex he was a Director of a well known international insurance broking firm, where he worked for 7 years. James has been the broker to many of New Zealand’s regional sports associations and he also has a strong focus on film and property. He is creative and likes to tailor insurance schemes and facilities to meet the needs of industry groups and associations who want to think outside the box. He has a Diploma in Financial Services for insurance (ANZIIF) and an Advanced Diploma in Management through the NZ Institute of Management.
